Shipping Policy

Overview
At FamBear, we are committed to providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience, including a seamless and efficient shipping process. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products purchased from our online store.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 5+ business days

 
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance, approval of your order and the shipping company policies. 

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

International Shipping
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. FamBear has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays or any other delays.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at contact@fambear.com within 5 days of receipt to file a claim. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Overview
At FamBear, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items purchased from our store.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Must be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.


Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@fambear.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation or photos if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).


Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact our customer service team at contact@fambear.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The returned item must meet the return eligibility criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at contact@fambear.com within 15 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

Return Exceptions
Items that do not meet the above return eligibility criteria or are returned after the 15 days return period may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
